The integral reform and interior design of a duplex penthouse in Madrid seeks objectives of simplicity, spaciousness and minimalism.

On the ground floor the office stands out, where the light is filtered into the interior through a vertical curtain of slats. Small marble details on the floor aim to underline the uniqueness of the materials used in this space. The sleek lines of the furnishings and their dark tonality make them stand out against a neutral base. On the other hand, the living room on this floor is given a warmer and softer colour scheme.

The staircase as a singular element takes us to the first floor of the attic. An open, diaphanous, very spacious and luminous space. Simple pieces of furniture in neutral colours also characterise this room. An integrated kitchen with breakfast bar makes this floor a meeting place around a fireplace. The wall that contains it is coloured blue, bringing the sky into the interior. This space communicates with a glazed outdoor terrace. The light bathes this space completely from dawn to dusk, a place to disconnect. The white colour that predominates in this room contrasts with the dark tonality of the floor.

An integral reform with interior design that highlights the spatial qualities of the home through the treatment of the walls and the furniture, in a search for harmony and elegance.
