Flores House is a single-family house designed to comply with the regulations of a heritage city such as Aranjuez, achieving a synergy between the traditional and the contemporary. This fusion allows it to respond to the concepts and needs of its young owners, integrating respect for the historical environment with a modern and functional vision.

The house is on two floors, the ground floor consists essentially of an open space that integrates the living room, the dining room and leads to the living room and the dining room. The living room, the dining room and leads to the kitchen, whichcan be opened to the living room through a large sliding door. There is also a bathroom connected to the kitchen and a toilet that connects to the courtyard of the house. The entrance hall leads to the hallway where the staircase to the first floor is located and connects to one of the bathrooms.

The three bedrooms and two of the bathrooms, one of them en suite, are located on the first floor, as well as the dressing room and a utility room. and a utility room. The exterior appearance, finished in white lime mortar and Colmenar limestone on the plinth and Arabic tiles, partly recovered from the existing house, is completely in keeping with the surroundings. For the most part, the characteristics of the project are intended to be resolved with materials manufactured in the area.
