Since 2005 AD Arquitectura Urbana has been committed to urban transformation with sustainability criteria at all scales: housing, building, neighborhood, municipality, territory. The premises of efficiency, functionality, optimization and aesthetics prevail in the planning of projects of all kinds, always putting people at the center of all our actions.
What makes us different? We bring a transversal approach to each design process, in AD the management is integral. We coordinate the different areas necessary to make our clients' projects and investments a reality, prioritizing the best options that adapt to their needs and preferences.
URBANISM AND SUSTAINABILITY
Our urban planning projects and plans are based on sustainability criteria, aligned with the principles of the 2030 Agenda, highlighting goals such as Sustainable Cities and Communities (Goal 11) and Climate Action (Goal 13). We plan from a circular economy vision, with a commitment to solutions based on nature and the measurement of the carbon footprint. In this sense, we specialize in urban planning with a solid base of citizen participation, projecting territories that take into account their contributions, experiences and diversity.
We have worked with national and international clients in Europe, America and Asia, both as final projects and in interdisciplinary teams. At the national level we highlight among others Principality of Asturias, Gijón City Council, Madrid City Council, Cañada Rosal City Council (Sevilla), Serranillos del Valle City Council (Madrid), Patones City Council (Madrid).
