The 912 house, which is called its dimensions in plan, is an isolated single-family house characterized by a similar formal configuration and typology to the existing building in the environment, located inside the plot so that it can be integrated into the environment.

It is developed in a single height plant near the two floors, in which the house that is distributed in different units is located: entrance hall, living room, kitchen, distributor, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space is mostly diaphanous and all rooms have natural light.
