Se trata de una edificación singular ya que además del uso residencial debe poder albergar en el futuro un uso de establecimiento hotelero y hospedaje, a modo de casa rural. Ese edificio tiene una serie de condicionantes expuestos por el promotor entre los que destaca la versatilidad de la arquitectura, la integración en el entorno, la búsqueda de la sostenibilidad y la innovación con un diseño de las instalaciones que permitan su adaptación en el tiempo, pero que a su vez, permitan el control de costes tanto en su fase de diseño y obra, como en toda su vida útil.
